Designed to keep your home consistently clean, comfortable, and stress-free. Our standard maintenance checklist is used for recurring cleaning service in homes that have already been brought to maintenance level through an initial deep clean.

At each visit, we follow a detailed, systematic checklist to ensure a consistent, high-quality clean every time. Whether you’re on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, our process focuses on the areas that matter most high-touch surfaces, kitchens and bathrooms, dusting (including baseboards), and a full reset of your space.

  • DescCeiling fans dusted as needed (if reachable)

    1. Mirrors cleaned and streak-free

    2. Wall hangings dusted and cleaned

    3. Windowsills dusted and cleaned

    4. Molding, corners, and door trim dusted and cleaned

    5. High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, doorknobs)

    6. Furniture dusted and cleaned

    7. Baseboards dusted and cleaned

    8. Beds made and linens changed (if fresh linens are provided)

    9. Trash emptied and bag replaced

    10. Exterior of trash can wiped down

    11. Floors vacuumed or swept (closet floors vacuumed if clear)

    12. Floors washed

    7. Sink scrubbed and washed

    8. Cabinet fronts spot cleaned

    9. Towel bar and toilet paper holder cleaned

    10. Molding, corners, and door trim dusted and cleaned

    11. High-touch surfaces cleaned (light switches, door handles)

    12. Toilet scrubbed and washed, including base and behind

    13. Exterior of toilet brush and plunger container cleaned

    14. Tub and shower scrubbed and washed, including door and top lip

    15. Baseboards dusted and cleaned

    16. Trash emptied and bag replaced

    17. Exterior of trash can wiped down

    18. Floors vacuumed or swept

    19. Floors washed

    8. Exterior of countertop appliances wiped clean

    9. Microwave cleaned inside and out; area underneath cleaned

    10. Countertops cleaned (items removed and replaced when possible)

    11. Exterior of stove and dishwasher cleaned

    12. Faucet cleaned (top, under handle, sides, and around caulking)

    13. Sink scrubbed and washed (if dishes are not present)

    14. Table, chairs, and bar stools dusted and cleaned

    15. Baseboards dusted and cleaned

    16. Trash emptied and bag replaced

    17. Exterior of trash can wiped down

    18. Floors vacuumed or swept
